Kuwait Resorts Company has achieved a vast record of successes and achievements through its successful planning and implementation of its projects, especially the Hilton Hotel and Resort-Mangaf, as well as its participation with many trusted pioneering companies in projects locally and in the global market, thus bringing best of returns to its shareholders’ equity, whom we thank for their confidence in the Board of Directors and the Executive Management, who are exerting their utmost efforts to enhance the company’s profits and assets while protecting it by a conservative geographical and sectors distribution in Kuwait and abroad, in addition and to minimize financing risks, the company also relies on its own resources as much as possible, especially when considering the recent significant increase in financing cost.
The Kuwait Resorts Company business and strategies is based on full compliance with all corporate governance laws, and the requirements of the Kuwait Capital Markets Authority, subjecting all company’s transactions to the provisions of the Islamic Sharia, and adopting hight measures of cybersecurity to preserve shareholders’ assets, thus enhancing our credibility which stems from our strong and deep belief in transparency, accountability, justice, integrity, and social responsibility.
